The company was founded by the West Sumatra Provincial Government together with PT. Dinamika Sumbar Jaya (BUMD).
– Capital
According to the deed of establishment, the shares at the time of the company’s establishment, the West Sumatra Provincial Government deposited shares worth Rp. 77,019,500,000,- consisting of:

In the end, the payment for Pemprov shares was not realized at the start of the company’s establishment on November 10, 2010. Realization of the payment for shares in the form of buildings and land on December 30, 2011 with a value of Rp. 130.767.000.000,-
